Effective immediately (Sunday, March 22, 2020), Tankcraft and Plasticraft Corporations have been defined as Essential Critical Infrastructure. Tankcraft and Plasticraft Corporations manufacture components and essential product for: healthcare, food transportation and refrigeration, public transportation, last mile delivery, long distance product transportation, over sea transportation, fire and EMS safety, and defense. This is not a comprehensive list of the industries that we serve, but it suffices in defining our business as Essential Critical Infrastructure. Many of our major customers have contacted us defining us as required for their continuing operations and they, in turn, have required us to do our best at providing them product.
Thus far, no employees working for our companies are required to show proof of why they are traveling to work. Stay-in-place orders have assumed that work travel is required and no permitting or such is necessary. When and if this changes, we will communicate the means by which we will show our and your employees are working for an Essential Critical Infrastructure operation.
Through close work with our medical service company, The Doctor’s Office, we are also keeping up to date on COVID-19 testing procedures and responses.
We emphasized that at a time like this, communication is absolutely essential for helping all of us deal with the unknowns.
